1kg of mutton, preferably the shoulder,
500g of plums.
olive oil + tornosol oil, 500g of plums.
Cut the meat into small pieces for cooking, then put in the casserole with the onion rappe.
Add a little salt, saffron, dye, a glass of oil and mix. Add the cinnamon.
Leave everything for 7 min to simmer over medium heat with half a glass of water.
Once the meat is golden brown, add 1/2 liter of water and close the pan on medium heat for 30 minutes.
Plums and soak them in hot water for 1/4 hour then put in a pan with hot water and a little salt and a little cinnamon.
Once cooked, put the meat in a tajine or plate, add the plums and top with sauce.
