Christmas Crack Toffee


  • 50 cracker fruity (approx.)
  • 1 cup preserved butter (2 sticks, cubed)
  • 1 cup soft brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/2 – one cup M&M’s (or shredded kooky or sliced almonds)



  1. Pre-heat kitchen appliances to 325°F. Line an outsized jelly roll pan with tin foil. Spray the foil with non-stick change of state spray so line the pan with cracker whacky.
